Follow below steps to check and configure digital signatures-
Close ‘QuickBooks’.
Open ‘Start Menu’.
Go to the QuickBooks installation folder.
Right-click on the ‘QBW32.exe’ file and select ‘Properties’.
Locate the tab labeled as ‘Digital Signatures’ inside the QBW32 Properties window.
Verify-in the list of digital signatures, ‘Intuit’ is enabled.
Click on the ‘Details’ button right below the list in the Signature list legend.
Locate ‘Digital Signature Details’ among options, then select ‘View Certificate’ below it.
Navigate to the ‘Certificate’ option and choose ‘Install Certificate’ below it.
Click ‘Next’ to proceed with the Certificate installation procedure.
Select ‘Finish’ when done.
Reboot PC.
