While trying to install updates, I started getting QuickBooks error 15106. How do I fix it?

Open the antivirus application that you have installed on your PC.
Now go to the settings and look if QuickBooks is added to the list of blocked programs.
Remove if you find QuickBooks in the list.
Try to update QuickBooks, and if the error reappears, temporarily disable your antivirus.
