Poor internet connection is the main reason behind the update error. To fix this, go to the Chase banking website, open QuickBooks, and configure Internet connection settings:
Choose the File tab and then select Internet Connection Setup.
Select Use my computer’s Internet connection settings to establish a connection when this application accesses the Internet.
Click Next and then select Advanced Connection Settings.
Next, go to the Advanced tab and then select Restore Advanced Settings.
Click OK and then Done.
Update QuickBooks again.
